When you submit a Quote & Inquiry (Quick Inquiry) form, we collect your name, company name, region, mobile phone number, email address, product of interest and inquiry details. Your IP address and the time of submission are also recorded to prevent misuse. We do not offer membership registration.

2. Purpose of Use

Your information is used solely to review and respond to your inquiry and to contact you regarding quotes and consultations.

3. Retention Period

Information is retained for 1 year after the consultation is completed and then destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by applicable laws, it is kept for the period so required.

4. Method of Destruction

Information in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.
